IDXChannel – The boom in applications Clubhouse make this platform seem like a diamond for many companies in the world. Even, Twitter reportedly had made an offer to acquire it with a value of USD 4 billion.

In fact, in recent months, Twitter is in the stage of negotiations to buy the Clubhouse application.

According to sources, the company with the blue bird logo discussed the potential acquisition value of around USD 4 billion. But unfortunately, the discussion has stalled halfway through and it is not clear what caused the negotiation process to stop, according to a source quoted from Bloomberg, Sunday (11/4/2021).

Meanwhile, earlier this week Clubhouse was also in talks to raise funds from investors in a round with a value of around $ 4 billion.

After talks with Twitter failed to resume, Clubhouse began looking into whether it made sense to raise funding based on that assessment.

Clubhouse is only one year old, but the app has caught the attention of the biggest names in the business industry and Hollywood.

Established social media companies quickly started working on their own versions of Clubhouse, including Twitter. (TYO)
