Under the delivery contract, municipalities are obliged to deliver their residual waste and vegetable, fruit and garden waste to the Twente waste processor. There was reason for Almelo, Oldenzaal, Rijssen-Holten and Twenterand to vote against it, because they no longer want to be tied to Twence.
