TV Metjendorf II first defeated MTV Nienburg with a score of 6-2. The team then followed up with a 7-1 triumph over fellow promoted side, VfL Grasdorf, featuring players Anja Katharina Duda, Chantal Stobbe, Nico Grosser, vin Assmus, Niclas Jäde, Alexander Harms, and Leon Kneip.
Simultaneously occurring, at the Lower Saxony Championships in Nienburg, Hauke Barth secured third place in the U11 division. barth overcame higher-ranked opponents in the main draw before falling to eventual champion Adrian Kranig of BV Gifhorn in the semi-finals. He then clinched third place with a 23-21, 21-13 victory over Bjarne Kranig in the bronze medal match.
