7,000 euro penalty for the tuning checks
State testing center technicians complained of 29 defects and unauthorized conversions. Nine vehicles were even in danger, which is why the number plates were removed. A quick police judge imposed fines totaling 7,150 euros, police said.
Fast bikers stopped in Salzburg
At the same time, speed checks were carried out throughout the city. 147 speed offenders were captured by officers. Two motorcyclists stood out: they traveled twice as fast as allowed within a limit of 50 km / h.
