Schlotterbeck back, Grifo puts Freiburg in the lead

Kramaric brings new impetus

TSG trainer Sebastian Hoeneß brought fresh forces to the offensive in the second half with Andrej Kramaric and Munas Dabbur – that paid off. The Croatian Kramaric was involved in two good attacking scenes, once as a cross for Georginio Rutter and once with a dangerous shot from 16 meters.

The resistance of TSG Hoffenheim was broken, the team from Kraichgau only rarely got in front of the Freiburg goal after the fourth goal. In the 88th minute, the ball wriggled in the Freiburg goal again, but the scorer Bebou was offside, so the goal didn’t count. It remained at 1: 4 – Freiburg celebrated the deserved entry into the quarter-finals of the DFB Cup.
