The Trump team filed another lawsuit with the Federal Supreme Court on December 21, accusing the Pennsylvania Supreme Court of illegally amending the laws related to postal ballots when the election is about to begin, violating Article 2 of the Constitution and the 2000 Bush v. The Supreme Court’s ruling in the Er” case. The Trump team asked the court to order Pennsylvania to respond before noon on December 23.
