Trends: There will be a second season of “Hunters”, the series that recovers Al Pacin

Amazon Studios has announced the second season of the series “Hunters”, the conspiracy thriller created by David Weil and produced by Jordan Peele, which recovers Al Pacino for television with his enigmatic character Meyer Offerman, the leader of an atypical group of “Nazi fighter”.

The series, which premiered on February 21, stars Pacino, who is accompanied by Logan Lerman, Lena Olin and Jerrika Hinton, among others.

“Hunters” follows a diverse group of Nazi hunters living in New York City in 1977; They are the “hunters,” as they are known, who have discovered that hundreds of high-ranking Nazi officers live among them and conspire to create a Fourth Reich in the United States.

The new season, with no release date yet, will be seen exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories around the world.

“I am more anxious than ever to share the next season of the ‘Hunters’ saga with the world”, Weil has stated.

For her part, Jennifer Salke, director of Amazon Studios, adds that “David Weil’s bold vision and intrepid imagination have fueled an exciting and twisted action-packed first season that attracted Prime members from around the world,” that “we are delighted that the ‘hunters’ come back with us for more.”
