We will call experts or technicians who are suitable for this type of vehicle,” said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Sambodo Purnomo Yogo in South Jakarta, Monday, October 25, 2021.

“We’ll see if he violated Article 310 of the Criminal Code because of negligence or 311 on purpose, here it is clear that one of the victims died,” said Sambodo.

Head of Sub-Directorate of Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya, Adjunct Senior Commissioner Argo Wiyono said, initially it was reported that three people died in accident that. However, the life of one victim, who is known to be a passenger on the ill-fated bus, was saved after receiving treatment.
In addition to the dead, Argo explained that 37 passengers were injured. The victims are currently receiving treatment at the Budi Asih Hospital. “Those who died were taken to Kramat Jati Hospital,” said Argo.
