The National Center for Mental Health Promotion organized the first acceptance and engagement therapy course, in the presence of 30 trainees at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The course aims to identify the therapy model of acceptance and commitment, and the uses of acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as learning the basic values in acceptance and commitment therapy and applying and practice course skills and assessment skills after passing it.
By organizing such training programs, the Center seeks to equip healthcare professionals with the skills needed to address pathological conditions in the field of mental health, as well as to keep abreast of the latest scientific programs that promote mental health.-
