Due to a defective overhead line, an S-Bahn in Düsseldorf had to be evacuated on Thursday evening. According to the fire department, it was initially unclear to what extent the damage was caused by the storm.
All around 120 travelers should have left the train, a spokesman said. As part of the operation, there was a medical emergency, which, however, was not related to the defective overhead line. The person was treated at the scene by rescue workers and then taken to a hospital.
