Trail in Quiberon. Imperial Florian Le Vigouroux. Sport

Stéphane Boutet and his friends from Quiberon Sport Nature managed, despite the sanitary conditions, to organize their trail Entre Lande et Mer to the great satisfaction of the 400 competitors who at the same time participated in a good cause (all profits will be donated to the fight against cancer). The setting was idyllic: on one side the moor and on the other the wild coast which offered magnificent pictures this morning.

Over the 20 km, Florian Le Vigouroux (CIMA), lacking in competition, enjoyed this course forging his victory 4 km from the finish: “With Malo (Le Bihan), we left quickly. After the halfway point I felt his cardio picking up and in the tough portions I put on a little extra layer. He eventually gave in. It’s a very pleasant circuit, it reminds cross country. I hope the winter season can unfold. We are in lack of competitions ”.

A comment that many runners had at the finish, like the female Élodie Wanherdrick (Courir à Saint-Avé): ” Today (Sunday), I didn’t have too many landmarks, but above all I had the joy of handing out a bib and enjoying the panorama with the sea as a backdrop. We all hope that the cross country season will take place ”.

In this event, barrier gestures and the wearing of a mask were well respected by the organizers and participants. A big tip of the hat, hoping that other events can be contested in the coming weeks.
