Hodboď was one success after another among the youth. He was fourth at the European Junior Championships, and since 2016 he has always won the domestic championship of his category in the 3,000-meter hurdles. In the hall he was a junior and junior champion of the republic at the age of 15, he competed in the Youth Olympics, he dreamed of the adult…
His inspiration was his brother Lukáš, who was five years older, who ran the finals at the European Championships and is a two-time medalist from the Universiade.
