Tragedies in the family of the last head of the UBO

The fate of one of the granddaughters of the last head of the UBO – Gen. Georgi Milushev, who currently owns a large chain of stores for black and white appliances throughout the country. Named after him, Gergana has gone through a series of life twists, which she decided to tell after gaining popularity with her participation in the reality show “The Farm”, writes Retro.

Three fierce battles mark the life of the heiress of the social general, who headed the security service of Todor Zhivkov until the end. Two weeks after her wedding in 2014, she found out she was pregnant, but she couldn’t be happy that she was carrying life because, during pregnancy tests, doctors found she had cervical cancer. The treatment was successful, but she lost the baby. On Christmas Eve the following year, at her second conception, Gergana experienced the bitterness of a forced abortion again. However, research has shown that I have cancer. I was in no hurry to panic and sought a second opinion. Going to the doctor to read my biopsy, I said I was pregnant. He hurried to calm me down and tell me that after the 3rd month of pregnancy we will move on to the removal of the altered cells “, revealed Milushev’s granddaughter. However, Gergana never reached the 3rd month, because after a new routine examination it was found that the heart of the fetus had stopped. She could not live through her grief because she was facing more terrible things – to undergo treatment for a severe diagnosis. The battle lasted a year. When the tests were good, she and her husband began trying to have a child again. Despite the difficulties, Gergana became pregnant again quickly. However, on Christmas Eve 2016, during an examination, doctors again found that the fetus did not have a heart rhythm and had to be removed surgically. The family experienced the nightmare again, but Gergana and her husband did not give up their dream. Thus, a year later, their son, the great-grandson of Gen., was born. Milushev.

The former head of UBO, who will turn 85 this June, is now the grandfather of a total of seven great-grandchildren. His son and daughter, as well as all grandchildren, are helping to develop the family business, although most of them have studied abroad. Milushev boasts that his entire family consists of 19 people and when they gather on occasions and holidays, they have to rent a conference room.
