JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Toyota Malaysia has just launched Vios latest equipped with a number of premium safety features. Changes to the Vios make the sedan fresher and more sophisticated.
Mr. Ravindran, President of UMW Toyota Motor ( Toyota Malaysia), said that the latest Vios has a dynamic appearance with a front silhouette similar to the Corolla, Camry, and Yaris models.
Unlike its predecessor, the latest Vios has a bold front bumper, as well as changes that include a grille design, aero kit, and full LED headlights with DRL.

The new Vios is also the first sedan in its class to be equipped with a 5-star NCAP Asean safety rating.
The most interesting part of the latest Vios is the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) feature which combines a pre-collision system (PCS) and lane departure alert (LDA).

Moving on to the interior, the latest Vios is now equipped with a new 7-inch head unit system equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Vehicle Telematics System has also become a standard feature for the Vios variants G and E.
Speaking of engines, the latest Vios still carries the same kitchen runway as the previous model. Namely the 2NR-FE Dual VVT-i unit with a capacity of 1,500 cc with 106 tk of power and 140 Nm of torque.
Regarding the price, the latest Vios is priced from 75,701 ringgit or equivalent to Rp. 262 million (type 1.5J AT) to 89,232 ringgit or equivalent to Rp. 309 million (type 1.5G AT).
