The start on a path of 13.2 km. Filippo Ganna is among the favorites and will start at 17.03

The 109th edition of the Tour de France kicks off today from Copenhagen with Tadej Pogacar chasing the third consecutive success in the race. It opens with a time trial – the start at 4 pm – on a 13.2 kilometer long route, characterized by about twenty curves: the runners will pass by the Tivoli Park and the Little Mermaid, symbolic places of the Danish capital. The double world champion in challenges against time, Filippo Ganna, is one of the favorites and aims straight for the first yellow jersey: he will start at 17.03. The first to start will be the French Lecroq, at 16. The last to start will be Marc Soler, at 18.55.
