Bocal en Boucle is a company dedicated to the consumption of local products and committed to respecting the environment. Since its creation in 2018 by Gilmara Gabriel, the start-up has offered an original and unique concept on the Toulouse market: a distributor of meals cooked with organic and fresh products in returnable glass jars. The goal is to be able lunch quickly, without losing taste or quality.
A certified and eco-responsible company
The young entrepreneur pays particular attention to eco-responsibility, which she considers “everyone’s problem”. Since the installation of its first distributor in 2019 in Movida Castanet, the young shoot has come a long way and has recently established itself on the Grand Marché of Toulouse (MIN) at the end of 2020. Already working in collaboration with local producers to make its dishes, the start-up finds its place perfectly on the MIN market. It is therefore a new asset which allows Bocal en Boucle an incomparable proximity to producers, without any intermediary between the fresh product, the cooking and the bottling.
