The friendly matches of European clubs have started for a few days all over Europe. For Toulouse, this meeting against Pau marked the club’s third game since the resumption on July 2. After their successes over Nîmes (2-0) and Troyes (6-1), the Toulousains quietly got rid of Pau this afternoon. Rafael Ratao’s goal just before returning to the locker room put Téfécé in the best conditions. Things went well, without being as simple as against Estac with the 2-0 goal only coming from Tim Rey in the 85th minute. Third consecutive success for Toulouse, which is starting its summer preparation well.
