Should Belgium prepare for a situation identical to that of France in terms of measures?

Several provincial governors and burgomasters urge the establishment of a curfew and general containment. If in France, the government analyzes and reflects, in France, this measure will apply from Wednesday.
From Wednesday with our French neighbors, anyone who cannot justify their trips will be subject to a fine of 135 euros. Emmanuel Macron recalled this Monday, March 16 during his speech, the goal of this drastic measure is to minimize displacement and therefore limit the spread of the virus. “Only the necessary journeys must remain, for shopping or medical treatment. Any violation of these rules will be penalized, ”warned the French president. In the event of displacement, the French will have to be provided with a “document attesting on honor” the reason for which they left their home. The certificate was available and downloadable from the Interior Ministry website this Tuesday morning.
The French will have five reasons to justify their trips. Travel to and from work is therefore authorized, and only if teleworking is impossible, travel to make essential purchases, travel for health reasons, travel for “compelling family reasons”, for assistance to vulnerable people or childcare and finally travel near the home.
The same measures in Belgium?
With us, certain political figures, including Bart De Wever, have already suggested a total containment or a curfew. For them, it is important to observe and respect the social distancing advocated by the government in order to fight against the spread of the virus. A measure that many people, however, find it difficult to put into practice, as shown by certain parties organized during the weekend. This pushes certain governors and mayors to ask for something more restrictive.
Concretely, the curfew would be generalized in the evening to the whole of Belgium with the exception of people having to go to work. The latter will benefit from exemptions, no doubt identical to those observed in France. Apart from this exception, all evening trips (after a certain time which has yet to be fixed) would be prohibited. The government is thinking about it and analyzing the situation before making a decision.
