There were storms in Sofia, Montana, Vratsa and Knezha
Storms again in Western Bulgaria. In Rogozen hail destroyed agricultural crops.
Strong torrents, in places accompanied by thunder, were tonight in the area of Sofia, Montana, Vratsa and Knezha. There were local floods on some boulevards in the capital. At this stage, the Sofia Municipality does not report any serious problems.
Yellow code for storms and hail in 22 areas
The storm in Montana also caused flooding in the streets, but the water quickly drained away.
Rains are expected tomorrow as well. Weather forecasters have announced a yellow warning code for dangerous weather throughout Northern and Western Bulgaria.
