Tomorrowland will hold digital edition ‘Around The World’ this weekend, F1 drivers will give lecture | Festivals

Tomorrowland cannot physically take place this year for the second year in a row, but on July 16 and 17 there will be the second edition of the virtual ‘Tomorrowland Around The World’. Visitors to the butterfly-shaped digital 3D island will find six stages with just about every genre from electronic music and well-known Tomorrowland names such as Armin van Buuren, Fedde Le Grand, Afrojack, Robin Schulz and Kölsch. The opening hours are adapted to the different time zones worldwide.

Last year, some 140,000 tickets were sold for the first Tomorrowland Around The World. You can simply experience the virtual festival with a PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet, without 3D or VR glasses. Tomorrowland once again promises groundbreaking visuals from artists and audiences, including the well-known fireworks and laser shows that characterize the physical festival.

In addition to the musical line-up, ‘Inspiration Sessions’ are also planned with some well-known figures from completely different sectors. F1 drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris, director/actor/host Eli Roth, podcaster Jay Shetty, reality TV personality and job coach Miss J. Alexander and triathlete Lucy Charles-Barclay will lecture on themes of passion, strength, creativity , solidarity and sustainability.

Tomorrowland asks festival-goers to experience ‘Tomorrowland Around The World’ with friends, but corona-proof. “Dress up in your best festival outfit, set up tents or a big screen in your backyard, invite your loved ones to a nice barbecue with music and a great festival experience, decorate your terrace or just throw a party in your living room… This weekend is all about to unite in a responsible and safe way thanks to the power of music”, it sounds.

You can also visit a few locations to experience the festival in a larger group: Sommar x Mesa and The Villa in Antwerp, Hoff Gent, Bar Hasart in Boom, Carré Beach in Willebroek and even in Cypriot Limassol.
