Suzuki Launches Retro-Styled US125T Scooter,Priced at IDR 24.6 Million
Jakarta - Suzuki has unveiled its newest automatic scooter, the US125T, featuring a retro design reminiscent of classic lambretta models. Currently, the scooter is exclusively available in the Chinese market.
The US125T distinguishes itself from its “twin,” the Suzuki Saluto 125, thru sharper detailing on its bodywork, including a unique square-shaped headlight and a prominent Suzuki logo on the front. Additional aesthetic touches include a contrasting seat color and a silver exhaust protector, elevating the US125T to a more luxurious appearance.
Beyond its styling, the scooter boasts a comprehensive feature set, including full LEAD lighting, a full digital instrument panel, a cell phone charging port, and a spacious trunk. It is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder engine with fuel injection, producing 9.4 hp at 7,000 rpm and 10 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.
the Suzuki US125T weighs 110 kg and has a fuel capacity of 5.9 liters, with 12-inch front and 10-inch rear tires. Braking is handled by a single disc on the front wheel. Despite its features and design, the scooter is priced at approximately IDR 24.6 million in China.
