Shipping & Returns for SKYTRAK Hardware
We offer free shipping on all SKYTRAK products. Should you need to return a hardware item for a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:
* Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
* Original Condition: All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with all included parts and components, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
Restocking Fees
To ensure product quality for all our customers, restocking fees may apply:
* General Restocking: Returns not meeting the “Original Condition” requirements are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the product’s cost.
* Launch Monitor restocking: Damage to the launch monitor will incur a restocking fee of up to 40%.
* Projector Restocking: A restocking fee of up to 40% will be assessed to projectors upon inspection after return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses,including for simulator and studio exchanges,and any individual components within those packages.
Critically important Notes Regarding Returns:
* Packaging: Please retain all original packaging. It’s essential for both returns and any potential warranty claims.
* Processing Time: Allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed onc it arrives at our facility.
* Final Sale Items: Orders shipped outside of North America are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Software and subscription products are also non-refundable. Laptop computers and tablets are non-returnable,but might potentially be covered by warranty repair or replacement.
Damaged During Shipping?
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
* Immediate Inspection: Note the damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
* Photo Documentation: Submit photos of the damage to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
* Return Shipping Coverage: We will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.
* replacement: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
* Post-Use Damage: Damage occurring after use is not eligible for a refund unless covered under warranty.
