Realme GT8 Pro Launches with Customizable Camera, Flagship Specs
Jakarta, Indonesia – Realme today unveiled the GT8 Pro, a new smartphone distinguished by its modular camera system and high-end specifications.The device, launching October 21, 2025, allows users too physically swap camera modules and even customize them with 3D-printed designs.
the GT8 Pro’s standout feature is its unique camera configuration. Realme offers square, environmental, and robot-themed module designs, alongside a DIY option providing 3MF model files for user-created modules. The phone boasts a 50MP Ricoh GR main sensor with integrated Ricoh GR Mode, replicating 28mm and 40mm focal lengths, alongside a 200MP periscope camera supporting 8K recording at 30fps and a 50MP ultrawide lens with a 116-degree field of view.
Beyond the camera,the GT8 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor,paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It features a 2K flat panel display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 7000 nits, incorporating a 32MP selfie camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. A 7,000mAh battery supports 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Pricing starts at 3,999 Yuan (approximately Rp. 9.3 million) for the 12GB/256GB configuration, rising to 5,199 Yuan (Rp. 12.1 million) for the 16GB/1TB model.
