QRU and La Banderita announce Two-year Extension of Sponsorship Deal
BRISBANE, QLD – The Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) and La Banderita, the Australian tortilla brand, have today announced a two-year extension of their partnership, continuing a relationship built on shared values and a growing presence in the Queensland market.
The extended agreement will see La Banderita remain a key sponsor of the QRU, with continued visibility at Suncorp Stadium and engagement with players and fans. la Banderita’s national retail footprint has expanded significantly in recent years, now reaching over 850 retailers across Australia, including major chains like Woolworths and Costco, and also autonomous grocers such as IGA and Harris Farm. Queensland is identified as one of La Banderita’s strongest markets, and the company aims to further build its presence in the state through the partnership.
