Your Tasks:
* Collaborate with department management and leadership in the co-creation of our marketing strategy.
* Independently manage and implement marketing projects.
* Develop compelling content – independently prepare text and image materials for our social media channels, coordinating with department management.
* Create professional documents (presentations, brochures, etc.) adhering to our company’s Corporate Identity (CI).
* Prepare data and generate reports to optimize our marketing efforts.
* Support the sales team with data planning and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external agencies.
Your Qualifications:
* Completed studies in Marketing/Sales, Communication/Media Sciences, or a comparable field.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Experience working with external service providers (advertising agencies, photographers, etc.).
* Demonstrated interest and experience in social media management.
* Experience in employer branding is a plus.
* Fluency in both German and English.
* High degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
