Nevada Man Charged wiht Felony After Threatening Casino Over charlie Kirk Memorial

henderson, NV – September 26, 2025 – A 26-year-old Nevada man is facing felony charges after allegedly making threats against Sunset Station Hotel and Casino in Henderson, prompting the removal of a memorial honoring slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk and triggering a counterterrorism investigation.
Thomas “TJ” Fedikovich was taken into custody following a series of threatening phone calls made between September 10th and 13th, according too the Henderson Police Department. The charges stem from his alleged attempts to coerce the casino into removing a digital marquee display reading “In loving memory of Charlie kirk, 1993-2025.”
The Nature of the Threats
Station Casinos’ security director,Anthony didonna,initially alerted the Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism Center to the suspicious activity. According to the arrest report, the first call warned casino staff to remove the tribute, stating that if they didn’t, “we could destroy the sign and take it down for us.”
A subsequent call escalated the threats, directly referencing the casino’s CEO. The caller reportedly said, “Can you tell your boss ther to take down that charlie Kirk image on your sign? If you don’t do that, not only are we going to destroy the sign, we’re going to f- and take out your CEO too.”
Following the calls, Sunset Station removed the memorial, and the suspect allegedly called again to thank employees for complying with his demands.
Arrest and Legal Proceedings
Police were able to identify Fedikovich by tracing the calls to an email address linked to him. Investigators also discovered frequent logins to the email account from a Starbucks location in Henderson, which offered a clear view of the Sunset Station marquee.Fedikovich was arrested at the Starbucks without incident.
He is currently charged with one felony count of coercion with physical force or immediate threat of physical force, and also a misdemeanor harassment charge. Court records indicate he was arraigned and released on a $6,000 surety bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 1st before Judge Sandra Allred DiGiacomo in Henderson Justice Court.
