German Foreign minister Annalena Baerbock, speaking in Berlin, denounced the attacks ‌as evidence of Putin’s disregard for civilian lives.⁤ “These relentless attacks on civilian infrastructure are a clear⁣ demonstration of contempt for humanity,” Baerbock stated. “Russia must be held ‌accountable for these war crimes.” Ukrainian authorities are currently‌ assessing‌ the full⁣ extent of the⁤ damage‌ and ‍providing aid to those affected.
