Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial reports,ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and State of Arizona accounting policies.The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements and reports.
* Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management.
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with internal and external auditors.
* Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
* Supervising and mentoring financial reporting staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and meaningful experience in financial reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
