Criacao Shinjuku Engages Community with Interactive Soccer Events on Sports Day
SHINJUKU, TOKYO – Criacao Shinjuku soccer club actively participated in three local events on “Sports Day,” fostering community engagement thru interactive soccer-themed activities. The club’s involvement in Shinjuku Spolec 2025, the Okubo Festival, and a kick target event at Shinjuku Cosmic Sports center drew excited participation from residents of all ages and backgrounds.
The initiatives aimed to promote accessible exercise and deepen connections within the Shinjuku community through the worldwide appeal of soccer. criacao Shinjuku’s presence at these events underscores the club’s commitment to enriching both people and the city through sports, building on a foundation of local outreach.
At shinjuku cosmic Sports Center, a “kick target” challenge proved popular, notably with children. Four players interacted with participants, sharing their passion for the sport. Players Ueno and Suzuki observed as attendees, some returning after visiting other booths, repeatedly tested their skills.
The club also hosted a soccer golf corner at the Okubo Festival, held in the culturally diverse Okubo district. Six players rotated shifts managing the popular attraction,which drew long lines of participants eager to try their hand at the game.Players Inoge and others encouraged attendees to also come and watch Criacao Shinjuku matches.
Success at the soccer golf corner was rewarded with a Kurianyan sticker. Players Iwadate and Ishii celebrated with a high-five as participants achieved success. Maezawa and Saito were observed carefully engaging with children,fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Criacao Shinjuku plans to continue collaborating with the local community to promote sports and enhance the well-being of Shinjuku residents.
