Lexington Attorney Launches Denham Property and Injury Law, Championing Rights of Victims
Lexington, KY – J. Bart Denham has established Denham Property and Injury Law, a firm dedicated to representing individuals facing property loss and personal injury claims. The launch builds on Denham’s diverse legal background and a lifelong commitment to justice, rooted in a family legacy of legal service.
denham, a Lexington native, brings a unique viewpoint to his practice, blending a buisness acumen with a passion for advocacy. He earned both a Bachelor of Business governance in Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky – the latter from the Rosenberg Collage of Law. His firm focuses on empowering clients who may be unaware of their rights following accidents or property damage.
Inspired by his grandfather, Glenn Denham, a decorated Navy fighter pilot who later served as President of the Kentucky Bar Association after 52 years practicing law, bart initially pursued an in-house counsel position with a medical device company post-graduation. While leveraging his business background, he found the role unfulfilling and sought a more adversarial and impactful practice.
This led him to Florida, where he obtained his license and honed his litigation skills with a boutique firm in the competitive Tampa Bay Area, specializing in property loss. He afterward served as Of Counsel with a prominent personal injury firm in Lexington before founding his own practice.
“I love helping victims of personal injury and property damage,” says denham. “Too often, people don’t know their rights in these situations, and I’m passionate about ensuring justice is served and standing up for my clients.”
Beyond his legal work,Denham remains connected to his athletic roots, participating in local road races as a former Division I track and field athlete. He is an active member of both the kentucky Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association, and enjoys spending time with his Standard Poodle and cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
