Bank of America to Close Branches Nationwide November 11 for Employee Training
Charlotte, NC - bank of America will temporarily close all of its financial centers across the United States on November 11, 2023, for a full-day of mandatory employee training. The unprecedented closure will impact customers nationwide, halting in-person banking services for a single day.
The bank stated the closure is designed to provide comprehensive training to its approximately 77,000 employees on new technologies and enhanced customer service protocols. This investment in personnel development aims to improve the banking experience and prepare staff for evolving client needs. While branches will be closed, customers will still have access to banking services through ATMs, online banking, and the Bank of America mobile app.
