AEW Collision Results – December 6, 2025: Continental Classic Advances, Strickland Returns, adn Moné Defends
Columbus, OH – AEW Collision continued its run from galaxycon in Columbus, ohio, on December 6, 2025, featuring continued action in the Continental Classic, the return of Swerve Strickland, and a TBS Championship defense for Mercedes Moné. The event took place amidst a busy season for AEW, with Winter is Coming and Worlds End on the horizon.
The Continental Classic’s Blue League saw three matches unfold. Orange Cassidy defeated Roderick Strong under unique “Conglomeration Rules,” prohibiting chops. Later, Jon Moxley and Konosuke Takeshita clashed following Moxley’s challenge at ROH: Final Battle on Friday night. The night concluded with CMLL World Heavyweight champion and Blue League frontrunner Claudio Castagnoli facing CMLL World Trios’ Champion Máscara dorada.
Swerve Strickland made a live appearance,continuing his alliance with “Hangman” Adam page following his return at Full Gear,where he aided Page in a confrontation with Samoa Joe,HOOK,and the Opps.
FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) where also present, addressing their rivalry with Juice Robinson and Austin gunn of the Bang Bang Gang, who previously criticized FTR on the November 27 episode of collision.
On the women’s side, Tony Schiavone hosted a face-to-face confrontation between Toni Storm and Mina shirakawa and the Babes of Wrath, the two finalists in the AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament, ahead of their tournament finals at winter is Coming.
In championship action,Mercedes Moné defended her TBS Championship against Leila Gray,following a loss of her ROH Women’s World Television Championship to Red Velvet at Final Battle. The question remains whether “The CEO” will regain momentum or continue a losing streak.
