At dawn, choose foods that contain starch to get energy and are also high in fiber, such as oatmeal, cereal, rice, yogurt, or bread. Don’t forget, choose foods that contain protein too. Eating about 30% of dietary calories from protein can reduce hunger times, reported from Healthline.

For the iftar menu, you should start by drinking water, low-fat foods, and foods that contain natural sugars to provide energy to the body such as dates, juices, or fruit. Avoid overeating. Next, consume foods with balanced nutrition such as carbohydrates, protein and fiber.
