Certified Fitness Coach Adianti Reksoprodjo said, this activity could vary, but unfortunately we are still in a pandemic condition. So, what can children do to move?

According to Adianti, exercise is an option for quality time with family. Exercising together will build team work or solidarity and trust between mother and child or vice versa.

“If we exercise with family, it means that we engage in activities with children. Especially now that the children feel sorry for what they see more screens (gadgets). They mostly sit in front of the monitor. After finishing school, they only socialize online, ”said Adianti on Live Instagram with Hometown Dairy, recently.

Adianti added that this condition made her worry about children at this time. WHO itself has a standard for children in one day they have to move at least 60 minutes accumulatively.

“This is a challenge in itself because it is not easy to get children to move. By inviting the children to exercise, it means that we are also moving. This is a win-win solution for the children to move and we as parents too, ”explained Adianti.

Meanwhile, for sports activities for toddlers, it is advisable to use imagination or role play, aka playing roles such as jumping rabbits, becoming birds in the sky, and so on.

“Then for children aged 5 years and over, cleaning activities at home can be an activity to burn calories as well as teach independence. There are many sports that you can do at home to burn calories, ”explained Adianti.

To be able to maintain nutritional intake from burned calories, nutrients and body fluids that are high in protein are needed. The option is pasteurized fresh milk.
