Timor-Leste player Filomeno Junior seems to dream of joining Persija

Player Timnas Timor-Leste Filomeno Junior da Costa want to play in Indonesian League. The 21-year-old wants to join Persija Jakarta.

Filomeno said that he often watched Persija Jakarta acts. He revealed that during the press conference ahead of him Indonesia vs Timor Leste.

“In Timor-Leste there is a broadcast there, I often watch the Indonesian League. I have a dream to play in Indonesia,” said Filomeno at the Trans Hotel Seminyak, Bali, Wednesday (26/1/2022).

“My idol is Persija Jakarta. Hopefully (can) play at Persija,” said the midfilder.

In Indonesia vs Timor Leste, Thursday (27/6), at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Filomeno promise to perform optimally if you get the trust.

“For us, the players are ready to fight against Indonesia. The players are all ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow we will show the best game against Indonesia,” explained Filomeno.

As is known, the trial match in the FIFA Matchday between the Indonesian and Timor-Leste national teams will take place at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar Regency, Bali. The trial match will take place twice.

The first match will be held at the same stadium, namely on Thursday (27/1) and Sunday (30/1).

Timor-Leste has become a substitute for the Indonesian national team trial opponent. The initial plan was that the Indonesian national team would try out with Bangladesh but it was canceled due to vaccination injections COVID-19 incomplete.
