Timo Werner Will Reunite With Nagelsmann at Bayern?

After a debut season that didn’t shine very well Chelsea, Timo Werner linked with a move to Bayern Munich in the summer. Is it possible?

Since signing from RB Leipzig last year, Werner’s career at Chelsea has been both bitter and sweet. The German forward scored just 12 goals in 52 appearances in all competitions, but helped the Blues win the Champions League title.

Werner has recently been linked with Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti. In addition, Werner was also associated with Bayern Munich, who is now trained by Julian Nagelsmann, his former boss at Leipzig.

As is known, Nagelsmann never succeeded in maximizing Werner. In the 2019/20 season, or just before moving to West London, Timo Werner scored 34 goals and 14 assists in 45 games in all competitions.

Werner’s agent, Karlheinz Forsterbe revealed, his client will stay at Chelsea. However, that does not mean Werner will not move clubs again in the future.

“Julian let Timo play a different position at Leipzig. A bit like Thomas Mueller at Bayern. Julian and Timo respect each other,” Forsterbe told Sport1, which is quoted Metro.

“You can’t rule out anything, but if I had to assess it at the moment, I would say very clearly that Timo will stay at Chelsea.”

“He feels comfortable there. A move won’t be a problem any time soon. Of course, I don’t know what will happen in three or four years. Football moves very quickly,” Forsterbe added about the future. Timo Werner.
