Three voluntary reapers from Côte-d’Or summoned before a judge this Tuesday, November 24 in Dijon

The operation dates back to April 15, 2017 in Villy-le-Moutier near Beaune. That day, 95 voluntary mowers had cut a plot of rapeseed programmed to resist herbicides. At the time of arrival, the militants had discovered feet high of 1.50m, which is abnormal in this season and even worrying, explains one of the voluntary reapers summoned this Tuesday, November 24 to be heard by an examining magistrate.

Audition for nothing?

The three people summoned will make it to the court hearing, but not sure that much will result. The collective in fact argues that it was a collective action bringing together nearly a hundred volunteers. He wonders about the fact that only 6 of them are summoned. The collective is organizing a rally in front of the judicial city around 9:30 am this Tuesday in support of the three people heard by the judge. The other three will be on December 30th.
