SBU claims that documents were forged to register Sharia Party

The secret service suspects representatives of the party of “falsifying documents on re-registration.”

The SBU announced the announcement of suspicion to three persons in the case of registration of the Sharia Party. About it informs press center of the service on Tuesday 28 September.

As reported, the suspicion was announced under the article on forgery of documents submitted for state registration of a legal entity and individual entrepreneurs (part 2 of article 205-1).

“The SBU has substantiated evidence of the involvement of these persons in the forgery of documents on the re-registration of the political party United Ukraine into the political party Sharia Party and in falsification of the minutes of the meetings of this” political force “to elect” the necessary party leaders, “the message says.

The SBU reminds that last week a similar suspicion handed one of the “leaders of the Shariya party”.

It is also reported that the materials necessary for the election of the four suspects to a preventive measure are sent to the court.

As is known, SBU suspects Anatoly Sharia – a party leader who is not a member of the party – in high treason and inciting interethnic and interfaith conflicts.

SBU put Sharia on the state wanted listdespite the fact that he has been living abroad for almost ten years. At the same time, earlier the SBU itself submitted a notification to the CEC that Shariy had not lived in Ukraine for a long time.
