In the Odessa region there was a road accident in which five people were injured. Of these, three are military personnel, informs regional headquarters of the National Police on Tuesday, October 5.

The incident took place on the Odessa-Yuzhny highway near Kryzhanovka. According to preliminary data, the Lexus driver, who was following with a colleague in the direction of Odessa, lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Volkswagen, in which there were three servicemen.

All participants in the accident were hospitalized. Lexus passenger, born in 1967, in serious condition. Four men, born in 1965, 1976, 1996 and 1994, received minor injuries.

The issue of entering information into the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations under the article on violation of traffic rules (part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is being resolved.
