In the Ternopil region, three people were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection for the third time. This was reported on March 7 by a local newspaper. “Behind Zbruch”.
According to him, more than 60 residents of the region have confirmed COVID-19 for the second time.
The epidemiologist of the regional laboratory center Vladimir Panichev recommended that fellow countrymen, who were re-diagnosed with COVID-19, undergo a full medical examination.
“Until now, we cannot say whether these are re-infections or re-detections. It is possible that the body has not completely freed itself from the virus, and then, due to unfavorable circumstances, it again made itself felt,” the physician explained.
The total number of laboratory-confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in the Ternopil region is 44,230.
