England host Belgium at Wembley, Sunday (11/10/2020) evening WIB in the continued of the UEFA Nations League. The hosts conceded in the 16th minute due to Romelu Lukaku’s penalty.
Penalty is also the way for England to equalize the score in the 39th minute through execution Marcus Rashford. The first half ended in balance.
England reversed their position through Mason Mount’s deflected shot in the 64th minute. 2-1 score lasted until the long whistle sounded.

The course of the match
Belgium already scored in the 11th minute after Thomas Meunier’s action from the right. He stabbed and sent bait to Yannick Carrasco, who then beat Jordan Pickford.

Four minutes later, the referee awarded a penalty for Belgium. Romelu Lukaku was brought down by Eric Dier in the penalty box and the referee decided there was a foul. Lukaku advanced as the executor and successfully scored goals.
Belgium again pressed and threatened in the 19th minute. Kevin de Bruyne found space on the edge of the penalty box and fired a left footed shot. Pickford swiftly dispelled.
A minute later, it was Meunier’s turn to spread threats after snatching a pass from Axel Witsel. Kick shot to the right side of the goal.
England is still having trouble creating serious threats, until the 38th minute the referee awarded a penalty for them. Meunier pulled Jordan Henderson’s shirt in a corner and the referee pointed to the spot.
Marcus Rashford acted as the executioner and successfully converted the penalty into a goal.
In the 43rd minute, Lukaku gives Carrasco a cheat in the penalty box. Facing Pickford, Carrasco’s shot went wide. The first half ended.
England tried to increase the intensity of the attacks in the second half. Henderson tried to move Mason Mount with a cross, but Jason Denayer’s effort was blocked.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin almost stole Toby Alderweireld’s backpass in the 61st minute. Simon Mignolet readily read the situation and cleared the ball.
GOAL! England turned 2-1 ahead in the 64th minute. Mount stabbed into the middle then fired a shot which hit Alderweireld and outwitted Mignolet into the net.
Carrasco had a chance in the 72nd minute when he received a pass from De Bruyne. Pickford moved forward and Carrasco failed to beat him after his shot hit and was off the field.
Pickford failed to catch the ball perfectly in the 77th minute, but luckily his colleagues were swift to secure the situation. In the 82nd minute, Mount’s attempt hits and rolls off the pitch.
Chance for England in the 85th minute. Teamed up with Declan Rice, Rashford saw a gap and fired a powerful shot that just shot over the net.
