Two men and a woman died in a serious accident on the road between the villages of Ovchepoltsi and Chernogorovo in Pazardzhik, police spokesman Miroslav Stoyanov said.
The road accident happened this afternoon after a collision between Audi and BMW. A 70-year-old man from Strelcha was behind the wheel of the Audi, and the BMW was driven by a 45-year-old fellow citizen.
Both drivers died on the spot. The 66-year-old mother of the driver of the BMW, who was traveling in the car, also died.
The causes of the crash are being clarified.
