The American Network pointed out that the outbreak of this disease resulted from a leak in a biological pharmaceutical factory between late July and late August of last year, according to the city health committee, during a vaccine for the disease, as the factory used expired disinfectants and did not eliminate all bacteria, which led to its drinking Air, and transported it to the Lanzhou Institute of Veterinary Research, where it first appeared.
