The comedian, who is a cousin of CEO Eilert Hanoa, holds almost 870,000 shares, corresponding to a 0.19 percent stake.
According to the newspaper, Giertsen bought the majority of his shares in July 2018, a record that today corresponds to 759,981 shares after the share split earlier this year. At that time, the share was traded on the gray market at around eight kroner, adjusted so that the share was later divided into three.
On Thursday, the share fell 3.3 percent to 55.60 kroner, after Kahoot! presented its quarterly report with figures announced in advance. According to the report, the company maintains its previous guiding.

Thus, Giertsen has almost sevenfold the investment in the shares, which at closing time today was valued at NOK 42.2 million.
Since the purchase in July 2018, the comedian has, according to dn.no, diluted 39,000 shares in May 2018 and 67,500 shares in July this year. After Thursday’s trading on Kahoot! Shares, he has a total of NOK 48.2 million.
