It’s getting closer and closer to the obligation to settle accounts with the tax office. from February 15, 2023, each payer will be able to make a settlement. In order to avoid paying extra tax or even gain money, it is worth getting acquainted with the latest tax reliefs, which will be deductible for the first time in 2023.
We will be able to submit tax returns from February 15 to May 2, 2023.
Filing a tax return is very easy thanks to online services and just one click. It is worth remembering, however, that the mechanism will not charge us automatic reliefs, so it is worth getting acquainted with the possible reliefs and preparing the required documents in advance.
We pay income tax to the tax office competent for the place of residence.
In 2023, we must also remember about tax exemptions up to PLN 30,000. zlotys. This is important because in order to receive a tax refund, we must first pay it. If our annual income does not exceed 30 thousand. zlotys, we will not be able to deduct many reliefs, which, however, does not mean that we will not be entitled to any of the refunds, because there are some exceptions.
Natural persons who did not earn any income in a given tax year, such as non-working persons dependent on their spouse, students supported by their parents, are not required to submit annual settlement declarations.
