This means that the state capital has gained another shop that you had to travel to the Netherlands to find for a long time – but now there are also Dille & Kamille in Münster and Cologne. Since winter 2019 there is also a branch of the Dutch chain Hema, just a few houses away, also on Flinger Straße.
The retail chain’s website states that since it was founded in 1974, it has relied on “natural simplicity as a counter-reaction to the emerging throwaway society”. The concept therefore includes natural materials and the use of as little plastic as possible.
Around 20 employees will work in the Düsseldorf branch. There are currently still many vacancies and employees are being sought, “from branch managers to visual merchandisers or salespeople,” it says.
