This is how the new line of credit for the disabled of Bancóldex operates – Financial Sector – Economy


With the aim of improving access and labor inclusion for people with disabilities, Bancóldex a new line of credit with a quota of 1,000 million pesos.

The resources are aimed at financing the needs of working capital, the replacement of liabilities, payroll payments, supplies, operating expenses and investments in modernization that help economic activation, and guarantee biosecurity in the operations of people’s companies. with disabilities.
Also the companies that generate employment for this population will be able to access these resources, the entity indicated.

The maximum amount that a company can access is 100 million pesos, and within the financial facilities, there is a minimum decrease of 2 percent compared to the interest rate offered by the financial intermediary with respect to normal market conditions.

Also, a term of up to 5 years, with a grace period of up to 12 months. In the case of credits to microenterprises that access through entities oriented to microcredit, the rate decrease will be up to 5 percent, while the interested parties will be able to use the guarantees offered by the National Guarantee Fund (FNG).

“From Bancóldex we recognize the difficulties faced by people with disabilities, therefore, we created this credit quota under preferential conditions to boost their productive activities and thus contribute to the inclusion of this population in access to financing,” he said.
