This is how Oneplus Shelf works – the new shortcut screen

Shortcuts on the shelf

It made its debut some time ago but now Oneplus Shelf, the manufacturer’s own shortcut screen has been updated and lets you do more. By swiping down from the upper right part of the screen, you get to this relatively new function. Here are shortcuts to apps and tools that you choose, a new search tool we will delve into under the next point, important notes, settings, connection to Spotify, pedometers and standard widgets. There is simply a lot of it that in other cases can clutter your home screen, but here tucked away and organized so that you get an overview when you choose and need it.

You can customize the shelf in several ways. Press and hold a module to align, move, or remove it. Via the setting gear at the top of the screen, you can add various modules and delete them. You can also turn off the Shelf feature completely here if you feel you have no use for it.
