British luxury car maker Aston Martin, architect Sir David Adjaye, along with Lightstone, one of America’s largest private real estate companies, have created a collection of five exclusive homes at 130 William, one of New York City’s luxury residential complexes. The owners of these five houses they will also be able to enjoy an exclusive Aston Martin DBX 130 William Adjaye Special Edition car, designed by Adjaye and which will be delivered together with the deeds.

Aston Martin’s creative director, Marek Reichman, and the aforementioned architect have worked together on the project in order to create a personalized architecture with handcrafted interiors. According to Reichman, “this is our first real estate project in New York City, but it is already our second collaboration in this area after the Aston Martin Residences in Miami.” What it is about, he says, is “being able to apply experience in automotive design to these beautiful luxury homes.”

Architect Adjaye is responsible for the holistic view of the exterior architecture, as well as of all the interiors of the building, which includes 242 residences, with more than 20,000 square meters. The building is 244 meters tall, and its 66 floors make a bold design within the Manhattan skyline. In fact, it was inspired by the history of New York masonry architecture, with refined bronze details on the façade.Another hallmark is the silhouette of large-scale arched windows that are inspired by the traditional lofts that once inhabited this same area. For Adjaye, “William’s 130 homes have been created in a very unique way, which fuses our design sensibilities together with the limited edition SUVs that come with these homes.”

Within this urban complex, there are five exclusive houses, with prices ranging from 11.5 million dollars (9.68 million euros) to the 10.5 million dollars (8.84 million euros) that the penthouses cost, to the 3.9 million dollars (3.35 million euros) of the cheapest residence.

All five will be delivered fully furnished with furniture from the Aston Martin Home Collection, from the Italian manufacturer Formitalia. The houses are located in the floors 59 and 60, and have a unique design. Each of them has an outdoor outdoor gallery that spans the entire length of the residence and is located behind the entrance façade of the building, with screens that divide the terraces into different environments.

The living room offers views of the entire city, with sofas and armchairs that combine elements of leather, metal and fabric, as well as details that evoke the tactile and visual qualities that predominate in the interiors of Aston Martin cars. Next to the dining room there is a open plan kitchenwhich features blackened oak cabinets, state-of-the-art Gaggenau signature appliances, handcrafted marble countertops in the Apuan Alps in Italian Tuscany.
No detail escapes in the interiors: dressing rooms are lit by Boffi, and they even have a Hans Wegner chair. A whim of homes.
Racing simulator and a pet spa
such exclusive homes have the option of customizing one of the rooms, as if it were a racing simulator. A whim for car enthusiasts. To do this, Aston Martin Design collaborates with Curv Racing Simulators, a British technology company founded by Darren Turner, a three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans for Aston Martin and an expert in racing simulation technology, to create the latest in luxury simulators for home use.
The entire residential complex includes a swimming pool infinity, hot and cold immersion areas, dry sauna and massage rooms, as well as a state-of-the-art gym and spa with terrace, yoga studio and basketball court.
Residents will also enjoy a private IMAX theater, golf simulator, resident lounge, club and game room, catering kitchen with a private dining room, children’s activity center, pet spa, outdoor decks and a Private observation deck located on the roof located of the building.
