The second largest private group in Switzerland, Swiss Medical Network acquires 35% of the capital of HJB. This public-private partnership must make it possible to guarantee the maintenance of a global offer of acute somatic and psychiatric care for Bernese Francophones. The partner will also invest more than 25 million over the next three years to develop the two sites in Moutier and Saint-Imier.
